Outer Rim Frontier
Lawless Worlds & Mixed Ground
The Outer Rim frontier in STAR WARS Zero Company is where a mercenary company belongs — lawless, mixed-terrain worlds at the edges of the Clone Wars, far from the Republic's reach.
Out on the Rim, the only law is the company you keep.
Zero Company operates in the war’s margins, and the Outer Rim frontier is where a company of mercenaries and outsiders truly belongs. Far from the Core’s order, these lawless, mixed-terrain worlds are the natural backdrop for a shadow war fought off the Republic’s books.
Fighting on the frontier
Frontier worlds resist a single tactic. A mission might mix rocky outcrops, ramshackle settlements and open scrub in one map, so the squads that do best here are the flexible ones — a balanced four built around a dependable Soldier core, with the specialists to adapt as the ground changes. Expect varied cover, unpredictable approaches and the kind of improvised fights that suit Zero Company’s ragtag identity.
Building for frontier missions
Versatility beats specialisation. Bring a squad that can answer long lanes and tight quarters alike, lean on a Scout to read unfamiliar ground, and keep a Medic handy for the messy, unscripted engagements the frontier loves to throw at you.
