Hawks
Commander of Zero Company
Hawks is the customisable protagonist of STAR WARS Zero Company — a disgraced former Republic officer who assembles and leads a mercenary squad through the shadow war of the late Clone Wars.
I don't have a command anymore. I have a company.
Hawks is you. The protagonist of STAR WARS Zero Company is a customisable character — a disgraced former officer of the Galactic Republic who, cut loose from the chain of command, assembles a ragtag company of operatives and takes the fights nobody else will. Hawks is the one constant in the campaign: a mandatory unit in story missions and the figure around whom the whole squad forms.
Who Hawks is
The setup is deliberately Star Wars noir. Hawks has fallen from the Republic’s good graces and now operates in the twilight of the Clone Wars, leading Zero Company through a shadow war against an emerging Separatist-aligned threat. The character carries the emotional weight of the story while leaving enough blank space for you to make them your own.
Hawks in the squad
Because Hawks is always deployed in story missions, they’re the backbone of your tactics: the operative whose class build, gear and bonds with the rest of the company you’ll invest in most heavily across the campaign. Hawks is accompanied early by their clone war buddy Trick, and together they form the core the rest of Zero Company grows around.
This dossier will expand as more of Hawks’ story, customisation options and signature abilities are confirmed ahead of the August 27, 2026 launch.
